Neeraj Jain
Neeraj is a seasoned business & technology leader based in Silicon Valley. Neeraj began at IBM Global Services, where he worked for over 5 years. He went on to hold leadership positions at Stubhub, eBay, and Carta. Neeraj has particular strength in Fintech, e-Commerce, and Healthcare, and has worked with both service- and product-based companies.
Neeraj holds a Master's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur; and a Bachelor's from the University of Rajasthan. Neeraj enjoys hiking, listening to Bollywood music, and spending time with his family.
Ian Ma
After Ian's first startup was acquired by eBay, he became addicted to taking ideas from zero to one. Since then, he's immersed himself in a variety of startup ventures – as a founding member of a moonshot program within an enterprise, as a solutions architect specialized in helping startups adopt AI/ML technologies, as an executive of another VC-backed startup, and as a spinout of a startup incubator.

Jon's been in Tech since 1995, starting in Customer Support for a commercial real estate dial-up service. His longest role was at eBay where he worked for 13 years a Quality Director and Program Manager. He was also a full-time employee at Microsoft during Y2K and served on contracts at HP, Adobe, AT&T, WebMD, Getty Images, Alaska Airlines, McGraw-Hill, and more. He's the co-inventor (with his brother James) of Session-Based Test Management – a way to manage and measure Rapid Software Testing.
